Paolo Banchero led the Magic with 41 points in a dominant performance. All five Magic starters scored in double figures, with Anthony Black adding 13 points off the bench.

Wendell Carter Jr. recorded a double-double with 16 points and 12 rebounds.

Orlando displayed renewed energy, scoring 30+ points in three of the four quarters. They built such a large lead that they only needed 18 points in the fourth quarter to secure the win.

The team focused on key points to maintain offensive efficiency. Magic head coach Jamahl Mosley discussed some of the aspects that contributed to the offensive flow.

“Getting our spacing right, taking the open shots that are given to you,” Magic head coach Jamahl Mosley said of his team’s recent ability to reduce miscues. “Making a point of emphasis on that. Guys understanding where they are supposed to be on the floor. Taking care of the ball is key for us.”

Alex Sarr led the Wizards with 19 points and 10 rebounds, followed by Jordan Poole with 18.

Orlando overcame 13 turnovers, which resulted in 21 Washington points.

The Magic held a 33-point lead at one point and had a dominant third quarter, outscoring the Wizards 35-17, addressing a previous trend of poor third-quarter performances.

Orlando returns home to the Kia Center to face the Los Angeles Lakers on Monday, March 24th.
