Under Hines’ leadership, the Pride have enjoyed unprecedented success. The team currently sits atop the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) with an impressive 11-0-5 record. Their 17-game unbeaten streak is tied for the longest in league history, and their offensive and defensive statistics are among the league’s best.

Orlando Pride Chairman Mark Wilf expressed enthusiasm for the contract extension, praising Hines’ leadership and impact on the team. “Seb has elevated this team and helped build one of the most exciting squads in NWSL history,” Wilf said.

Hines himself is equally excited about the future of the Pride. “We want to win something. We want to build a legacy here,” he stated. The coach has emphasized player development, with several young players making significant contributions to the team’s success.

Hines’ journey with the organization spans a decade, including his playing days with Orlando City SC. His deep-rooted connection to the club and the Orlando community has been instrumental in fostering a winning culture.

As the Pride prepare to return to action after the Summer Cup break, the team and its fans are optimistic about the future under Hines’ guidance.
