They know how to be dramatic for sure. The Orlando City team came back from an 13 point deficit behind Atletico Amdrid to win the MLS All-Star Skills Challenge with only seconds left.

On the last kick of the passing challenge, Nani kicked a ball as the crowd counted down the last seconds to give the Orlando squad the win in dramatic fashion, as they have done in many matches this season.

” It’s just how we do it” Said Chris Mueller of Orlando, when asked why the dramatics “I don’t know, we just pull it out in the end.”

Mueller joined Nani and Sabas Mendez to represent Orlando City, Wayne Roonye, Carlos Vela, and Jonathan Dos Santos, while the Atletico Madrid side was Koke, João Félix, and Héctor Herrera.

Each team competed in a Shooting Challenge and Touch & Volley challenge as well s the passing challenge.

Muller hit the only volley worth more than 10 points in the second challenge to snatch the bonus points on a judges vote on style for a bicycle kick that went in. Those pointe kept Orlando City in first place going into the final passing challenge.

Also, the MLS Homegrowns, featuring Benji Michel and Mason Stajduhar, won a penalty shootout against the Chivas U-20 team after playing to a 2-2 draw.

See all of the MLS All-Stars and Atletico Madrid tonight in the MLS All-Star game at Exploria Stadium at 8pm.
