The bond between owner and pet is never ending.
Kelly Black was struck by a truck while walking her dog Paco in Jacksonville, FL on Friday, killing her. The bandanna wearing dog, who was not injured in the accident, remained at the scene for hours after deputies discovered the incident and removed the body.
Paco finally left the scene once family members came to take him home.
Black and her pet dogs Paco and another dog Sambo who was not involved in the accident, were inseparable according to family members.
Deputies are still looking for the truck driver, officials said.
