This achievement solidifies Evans’ place among the NFL’s elite. He is the only player in league history to begin his career with 11 consecutive 1,000-yard seasons and joins an exclusive club with Rice, who accomplished this feat 14 times during his illustrious career.

Jerry Rice himself congratulated Evans on this historic achievement via Instagram, expressing his admiration for the Buccaneers’ star.

Rice, who is now 62 years old, sent a powerful message to Evans after the latter’s historic feat.

“Congrats GOAT! 11 straight 1,000 yd seasons! Looking forward to you being part of @goatfuel Team!” Rice shared in a post on Instagram.

Evans’ consistent excellence has been a cornerstone of the Buccaneers’ success. He holds numerous franchise records and has been a key contributor to their recent dominance in the NFC South. With this milestone, Evans has further cemented his legacy as one of the most prolific and consistent wide receivers in NFL history.
