Adam Levine Selling Two Homes?

Hottie frontman for Maroon 5 and popular long time judge on The VoiceAdam Levine and his supermodel wife, Behati Prinsloo, seem to be making some lifestyle changes in preparation for welcoming their first child into the world. They put both their Beverly Hills mansion and their New York SoHo loft up for sale and, according to E!, have been seen house hunting in Pacific Palisades, California.

Earlier this year it appeared that they were only selling their New York loft and holding on to their Beverly Hills Benedict Canyon home. The spacious New York loft makes a great bachelor or couples pad but Adam converted the loft’s second and third bedrooms into open space in 2014, long before the baby news broke, leaving just its one large master suite. However, the Beverly Hills home with its own spacious open floor plan has five bedrooms and seven baths, tennis court and large swimming pool with panoramic views – not to mention a car collector’s dream garage. Now it too is on the market for $17.5 million. With their new focus on family, Pacific Palisades may be just the ticket with its nine parks, hiking trails and children’s playgrounds including a beach park for family activity.

Having quickly acquired a contract, Levine’s fab SoHo loft apparently set buyers afire and for good reason. Located on a charming cobblestone street, the cast-iron building dates back to the early 1900s. At 2,800 square feet, the one-bedroom unit still retains its six original columns and exposed brick walls with arches embedded within the brickwork. With its 13-foot ceilings and huge windows overlooking Greene Street, the open floor plan makes it feel larger than its square footage indicates with a 60-foot living room that opens to a kitchen with black granite and stainless high-end appliances. The large master suite bath  includes jacuzzi, separate shower and large walk-in closet/dressing area. One extra perk for the buyer is that furnishings can also be purchased. The listing agents are Adam Mahfouda and Jules Borbely of Oxford Property Group.

Adam Levine’s trendy SoHo loft, priced at $5.5 million, is already under contract.
