Oprah buys 10% of Weight Watchers, Makes 60 Million Dollars

The Network Billionaire buys 10% ($43.2 million) of the Weight Watchers with the option to buy another 5 percent.  Weight Watchers stock immediately doubled and earning her $60 million dollars.  “Weight Watchers has given me the tools to begin to make the lasting shift that I and so many of us who are struggling with weight have longed for I believe in the program so much I decided to invest in the company and partner in its evolution.” Oprah said in a statement.
